REGISTRATION

Registration has closed and no walk-in registrations will be accepted.

Registration and room check-in will be outside of the dorm area near Elkhorn Avenue and 49th Street. It opens at 9 am on Friday, July 22.

Lost swipe cars will result in a $75 fee and is under the responsibility of the Area Conference Coordinator (AAC).

HOUSING

We are unable to provide housing outside of Conference. There is a list of nearby hotels on our letter.

TRANSPORTATION AND PARKING

We are unable to provide transportation to and from Conference. If you have not yet made your arrangements, call Carey Transportation for shuttle services at (866) 823-4626 or click here for their website.

Parking for vehicles including buses will be available at the lots near the dorms at Elkhorn Avenue and 49th Street. If the lots are full, there is a nearby parking garage behind the football field.

Friday’s parking fee is $6, but parking will be free Saturday and Sunday.

MEALS

Please note that Friday meals are not included in your accommodations. There is a list of nearby restaurants in our letter. Some can deliver food to campus.

FRIDAY SCHEDULE

  • 9 am — registration opens
  • 1 pm to 3 pm — Amazing Race and Wacky Sports near the registration area
  • 3 pm to 5 pm — The Sacrament of Reconciliation offered at the TED Center (Hampton Boulevard and 45th Street)
  • 4:30 pm — gathering and Conference opening

The rest of the schedule will be outlined at Conference.

SECURITY

A bag check will be done before entering the arena. Pocket knives, weapons, alcohol, and any objects that are intended to inflict harm to yourself and others are not allowed.

AACs are responsible for enforcing curfew and all other rules and guidelines. It is to your ACC’s discretion to allow participants under his/her care to stay up past curfew for valid reasons, at which the AAC shall remain with said participants.

DRESS CODE

A dress code will be enforced as well so please do not wear clothes are too revealing or provocative. Please keep in mind that we will also be celebrating Mass.

WHAT TO BRING

  • journal and writing utensils
  • Bible and rosary
  • toiletries, towel
  • sun block, bug repellant
  • extra money for Conference memorabilia
  • comfortable clothes and your Sunday’s best clothing
  • any gear that you will need if participating in competitions

Linens and bed sheets are provided, but you may bring your own if you wish.
